Getting Started

Step 1 — Create a RealValidito Account

  1. Go to app.realvalidito.com/register and create a free account.
  2. You will receive 1,000 free phone lookup credits — no credit card required.

Step 2 — Generate Your Integration Key

  1. Log in to your RealValidito account at app.realvalidito.com.
  2. Click Account Settings from the top navigation menu.
  3. Scroll to the GoHighLevel & Zapier Integration section.
  4. Click Generate Key to create your Integration Key.
  5. Copy the key immediately — it will be partially masked once you navigate away.

Your key will look like: rv_live_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Keep it secure. Anyone with this key can use your RealValidito credits. You can revoke and regenerate a new key at any time from Account Settings.

Step 3 — Connect RealValidito to Zapier

  1. Go to RealValidito on Zapier.
  2. Click Connect RealValidito.
  3. When prompted, paste your Integration Key (rv_live_...) into the API Key field.
  4. Click Yes, Continue to complete the connection.

Available Actions

RealValidito provides three actions you can use in any Zap:

Phone Lookup

Validates a US or Canada phone number and returns line type, carrier, location, and connection status.

  • Input: Phone number (any format)
  • Returns: is_valid, line_type (Mobile/Landline/VoIP/Toll-Free), carrier, city, state, country, ZIP
  • Credits used: 1 phone lookup credit per call

DNC Lookup

Checks whether a phone number is listed on the Federal Do Not Call registry.

  • Input: Phone number
  • Returns: is_dnc, is_tcpa (TCPA litigator flag)
  • Credits used: 1 DNC lookup credit per call

Phone and DNC Lookup (Combined)

Runs both phone validation and DNC check in a single call. Recommended for most workflows.

  • Input: Phone number
  • Returns: All fields from both Phone Lookup and DNC Lookup
  • Credits used: 1 phone credit + 1 DNC credit per call

Available Trigger

Low Credits Alert

Triggers when your RealValidito credit balance falls below a threshold you set. Use this to send yourself a Slack message, email, or SMS alert when credits are running low.

  • Returns: current credit balances for phone, DNC, gender, and ZIP lookups
  • Use case: Notify your team via Slack or email before credits run out

Frequently Asked Questions

How many credits does each Zap action use?

Each action uses one credit per lookup. Phone Lookup uses 1 phone credit. DNC Lookup uses 1 DNC credit. The combined Phone and DNC Lookup uses 1 phone credit plus 1 DNC credit. Credits never expire and there are no monthly fees.

What phone number formats are accepted?

RealValidito accepts any standard US or Canada phone number format — with or without country code, spaces, dashes, or parentheses. Examples: 2025551234, +1 (202) 555-1234, 202-555-1234.

What does is_valid mean?

is_valid: true means the number is a real, active US or Canada phone number. is_valid: false means the number is invalid, disconnected, or not a real phone number.

What does is_dnc mean?

is_dnc: true means the number is registered on the Federal Do Not Call registry. You should not call or SMS this number for marketing purposes without prior written consent.

Can I test the integration before buying credits?

Yes — every new account gets 1,000 free phone lookup credits and 100 free DNC lookup credits. No credit card required. Create a free account here.

Where can I buy more credits?

Log in to your account and go to the Pricing page to purchase credit packages. Credits never expire and there are no subscriptions.

I’m getting an authentication error. What should I do?

Make sure you are using your Integration Key (starts with rv_live_), not your API key or password. You can find or regenerate your Integration Key in Account Settings under the GoHighLevel & Zapier Integration section.
